Ticket system revamp? #1101

Describe the suggestion I'd Suggest a small restructure of the ticketing system as most players do not know how to make a Github account nor navigate the site. the restructure would change procedure of tickets to have staff members make the github tickets to keep it streamlined. Player expresses problem> Staffmember makes github ticket> problem solved by whoever needs to fix it.

This won't really make a difference. If staff members were to create githubs it would not differ the rate by which these issues are resolved. The managers look at these githubs whenever they can. The other possible point could be that it would only solve that all githubs would be guaranteed to have the correct template. However, the issue with this is that the player, who experienced the issue, has more details on the matter than the staff member and would thus be able to make a better github than if only staff were to create them. This would also mean that players would be unable to give us suggestions btw, seeing as just staff would be making githubs or to report their issues to us themselves, which i'm also not really a big fan of

Also may I add that if there seriously is an issue with the player making the github, there isn't a problem is asking a staff member to do it for them, provided they give the infos for it
