I would like to suggest a Friends list plug in where we can send someone a friend request and do /friendslist to see if they are online. As well as /partyinvite allowing us to create a party and party chat to message a group of friends instead of publicly haveing a conversation in all chat or messaging them individually. similar plug in to what the hypixel server has.
