I think there should be a timer on screen like 5 minutes before a legendary spawns #1182

Describe the suggestion 5 minutes before a legendary spawns or has a chance to spawn, a timer will appear on the top of the screen, similar to the Outbreaks.

Which servers does this apply to? All of them, but I personally play on Groudon.
