Chosen Paradox Pokémon paper. #1192

Describe the suggestion Add a chosen paradox Pokémon paper that will function similar to the chosen legendary Pokémon paper.

Which servers does this apply to? The whole server

Additional context Currently, you can obtain every Pokémon in the game using the chosen Pokémon paper / chosen legendary Pokémon paper, but there is currently no way to obtain Paradox Pokémon's in this way. My suggestion is to create a new type of paper: Chosen Paradox Paper. Using the same system of /rewardclaim you will be able to claim a paradox Pokémon, could be from normal Pixelmon paradoxes, or custom server paradox pokemons that are listed under #paradox-info in the SmashMC discord. Due to some paradox Pokémon's counting as legendary spawns, you can make the rarity of the scroll the same as normal chosen legendary papers, (you can also add it as a playtime reward for about 400~ hours since this is where you receive the chosen legendary paper)
