In the server there is a Training Warp, with various levels of trainers to grind up your pokemon. However, there is a pretty giant level gap between the trainers in the LVL 20-40 area, and the LVL 40-60 area. The 20-40 area has a level 25 and a level 30 trainer, while the 40-60 area has a level 55 and a level 60 trainer. 25 levels between the highest in the 20-40 area and the lowest in the 40-60 area. It would probably be a good idea to just add a level 40 trainer and a level 50 trainer to the training warp, just to sort of bridge that gap.
