War zone leaderboards #637

Describe the suggestion It would be nice to add ranks/titles for people who are high up in the warzone leaderboard. Doesn’t have to come with perks, it can though, but it would be nice, and could cause people to want to fight to climb up the ranks in the leaderboard. For example, you get a custom glow for being top 10 in warzone leaderboard or something like that

I think we were discussing the implementation of glows with @HackuJacku , but I wouldn't quote myself on it. It would be nice to add a rank to chat, but since it might overcrowd, it could be simply on display inside Warzone chat.
