Fix car 4 skull and drawer puzzle #51

The skull originally had an animation and there were some more steps to Car 4 for the puzzle. I want to revist it and add in the notes, fix the animation on the skull, and finish the original drawer puzzle.

The skull also has a strange pivot, This pivot issue is causing massive issues and must be resolved.
