Steps to reproduce (on a server or a client):

Place a Reactor Input, Energy and Output in a line (in any order).
Place a Reactor Chamber Controller on top of the middle block. (Fission or fusion, it does not matter)
Break the bottom row of blocks (the Input, Energy and Output)
Observe that, upon breaking the Reactor Chamber Controller, the broken row of blocks return.
