Lamps will never turn off #45

After powering a lamp with redstone to turn it on, it'll never go back to it's unlit state, even if you remove the redstone signal.

At this point I myself see this more as a feature than a bug. Did this always used to be like that? If so I am torn on that matter

Fixed this I think a few weeks back.
