Charm barrels can't be made Metal #4

The vanilla-themed Charm barrels don't seem to be flagged as barrels, and can't be used in the crafting of Metal Barrels.

I've added Charm barrels to the tag #forge:barrels/wooden to fix this issue. Now they can be used to craft metal barrels.
