Manasteel Recipe #161

I am going to regret this one. Manasteel ingots use soulsteel in a mana pool. Manasteel blocks use Mystic Iron Blocks in a mana pool. Sigh. Those should probably be the same.

Sounds like an oversight by al. Guess I'll change it for consistency.
