(Issue Missing Recipe & Suggestion)

Xencraft gems Didn't have any crafting recipe

EIO Charger Should've allow it for alternative charging the certus quartz and allow it charging a stack directly rather than using some kind of hoppers and chest

Enderman Head Although they're oredicted with itemSkull they can't be used for other recipe except for EIO

Silver and Emerald Add a alternative way to get them like decomposing andesite to get silver and use magenta concrete to get vanadium

I've added all of these in v0.14 except for:
