Endermen spawning in 2 high chamber #42

I created a mob farm with polluted earth, two high so I didn't get endermen. They still are spawning though. Is this intended? 2019-11-11_15 01 52

Not intended, but there's not really an easy fix on my end aside from just disabling enderman from spawning at all on polluted earth, which I don't really want to do. I'll see if I can get in contact with the mod dev...
