Speedy hopper I Quest Isn't Available #45

Capture So I was watching a YouTuber play this modpack and I found it pretty entertaining so I tried it for myself. After a while, I finished the hopper quest and then I had seen the YouTuber having a speedy hopper I quest so I didn't even check to see if I had it. I made the speedy hopper and as I went to get the reward, I noticed that there was no speedy hopper quest for me. I thought it might have been a glitch so I restarted my game and nothing. It's still blank after the hopper quest. Does anyone know why this is?

You haven't met all of the prerequisites for the speedy hoppers quest. 2019-11-14_13 35 02 The arrows pointing towards a quest show what quests are needed to unlock it. The arrows pointing away from the quest show what quests are unlocked upon completing that quest.
