Command Blocks Are Disabled? #51

I can place command blocks but they, A, make no sound when Placed/Broken, and B, can't open or be used. I'm not sure if this is intended but I don't have this problem in any other worlds without this modpack. great pack tho, havin a lot of fun with this.. anyone have an answer? is it supposed to be like this or is it just a glitch?

If you're on a server make sure that you have opped yourself and are in creative mode. Sorry for the late response..

All good now lol, thanks for the help but it was just a glitch, I had to shut down the server and restart it.. something to do with something command tick something, I dunno haha.. It works fine now, great pack tho.. I love the way resources are gathered and crafted, really adds a new aspect to the normal break, craft, and build kinda style
