Change NC config #7

Please change the Nuclearcraft config the same way as you did for Antimatter. Dont know if you changed anything in the config yet but otherwise might be easy to just copy paste the whole config file :D

if you are talking about radiation that was discussed in discord i think he is planning on disabling it

No the heat exchanger/molten salt reactor he changed them to make them more viable
