fwdmail: Optionally log to syslog #9

When unable to forward your mail fwdmail currently reports this on stderr. This is not particularly useful when you are typically running it in your crontab and these errors get funneled back to your local inbox where they are picked up by fwdmail itself. It would be more helpful to detect when stderr is not a TTY and send errors to syslog instead.
