Firefox 3.5/SRC 1.0/FS (latest)

Using *firefoxproxy while initializing selenium instance seems to be working.

The solution posted in comment 5 does not work on Windows. It only works for me 
on
Mac OS X. I have not tested on Linux but I assume it might work there too.

For Windows, you need a more complicated solution, look here:

Please use Issue 38 for further discussion, since Issues 27, 31 are closed. 
sachin.sudheendra has agreed to leave Issue 38 open for a while.
