Spotify Song request not returning points if spotify is not opened #9

Describe the bug If spotify is not playing but the streamer is live, the bot won't return the points, if a user requests a song.

To Reproduce Close Spotify on all devices and request a song via channel points.

Expected behavior Bot should return the points to the user if the song request was not possible
