The suggestions DataProvider is not respecting the search configuration for catalog/search/search_suggestion_enabled

Preconditions

Normal/plain setup Magento Version : 2.4.6-p5 CE ElasticSuite Version : 2.11.6 Environment : doesn't apply Third party modules : none of relevance

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enter fuzzy search term (to provoke "Did you mean" result (suggestions)
  2. Get on search result page
  3. Disable catalog/search/search_suggestion_enabled config
  4. Start over

Expected result

  1. "Did you mean" result (suggestions) will not be shown

Actual result

  1. "Did you mean" result (suggestions) will be shown despite configuration
