Mass Action on Retailer should support Select All #36

Preconditions

Magento Version : CE 2.4.x

Module Retailer Version : All version

Environment : Doesn't matter

Third party modules : Doesn't matter

Steps to reproduce

  1. Refer to https://github.com/Smile-SA/magento2-module-store-locator/issues/132 with same conditions but should be tested with Retailer Mass Action such as Mass Enable/MassAllowDelivery/MassDelete/MassDisable etc

Expected result

  1. Grid Mass Action should have no problem

Actual result

  1. [Screenshot, logs] Invalid argument supplied for foreach() since retailer_ids parameter doesn't exist with Select All
