Amazon referrals not being removed #125

Given the URL https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0064MKTE0?tag=ecowater07-20, Neat URL should remove the ?tag=ecowater07-20, which is an Amazon referral tag. This doesn't belong in a "neat" URL.

That is, the option tag@amazon.* should be added by default.
