Windows (8.1 x64), Firefox 63.0.3: icon doesn't stay where put #171

To reproduce the problem: install addOn; move icon on bar using 'Customise'; restart. The button returns to where it appeared originally. I don't have the problem on Linux on the same version of Firefox.

This has not been an issue for me, and if it is, it's a Firefox issue.
