Thunderbird support #190

Thunderbird as an email client and RSS reader handles a ton of external links with referrers, etc. NeatURL would be very useful here.

@HandsMaulman This would be nice, but right now it's not my top priority.

Most links from Thunderbird are opened in Firefox anyway, no?
