Remove Matomo Tracking Parameters by Default #216

I noticed a couple parameters in a URL I recently clicked: pk_campaign and pk_source. After some digging, I found these parameters are campaign tracking parameters from Matomo. I found the full list here.

I've added them to my own filter list, but was curious if these could be added to Neat-URL by default.
