how to exclude Google Shop urls?

seems Google Shop won't work when remove the parameter, and Google makes all urls under same domain, like:

news: google.com/search?q=something&tbm=nws shop: google.com/search?q=something&tbm=shop

so, how to makes rules works all the google.com but not Google.com/search?tbm=shop?

I've sort out in other way, just let go the sa=x, the shop will work, as well as the images Google links.
