cid filter breaks my webapp #251

Hi,

maybe you could consider removing "cid" from your filter anywhere section. I guess there are countless webapps that use "cid" in some not nefarious way - we use it as "course id".

It took me (as technical support staff) quite some mail back-and-forth, changes to our logging and then finally a screen sharing session with the affected user to find out that your extension caused her work not to be saved in the proper way.

cheers Alexander

Another example: Slashdot is also using "cid" for "comment id"
