[Feature Request] Enable a comment syntax inside the Blocked Parameters field in settings

I've tried to mimic the comment syntax in other fields of the the extensions preferences, but it does not seem to work, as seen in the bottom of this screenshot (and compared to the top of it):

The ability to add comments would help me keep track of which manually added parameters I have already submitted here in separate issues (to be added to the extension's default blocked list).
