Whitelist PayPal donation campaigns #305

There's a benign campaign_id parameter under the donate URL, which this extension removes, causing a redirect to nowhere:

Example: https://www.paypal.com/donate?campaign_id=ARVPB5GV6JLCS, which ends up loading https://www.paypal.com/donate

This Override list for default blocked parameters filter seems to fix it: campaign_id@paypal.com/donate.
