[NeatURL] feature request: to add custom rule list + your official list #155

Hi, I really like NeatURL but a little practical thing has annoyed me since I started using it. As I've customized the keyword list, it cannot be updated. Yet, I would be willing to benefit from your updated keywords.

So could the extension manage two lists, one personal one plus the official one (which could be updated together with the extension)?
