Translate Now: support Firefox 52.8.1 #165

It seems tabOpenerId is not supported on 52.8.1 which blocks the addon from working. The workaround is easy enough so I intend to release a new version soon with a fix.

This should have been fixed. The new version (4.0.2) contains this fix and will be available today on addons.mozilla.org (AMO).
