Hello, I understand that my English level is limited. Currently, the hitbox fix 1.1.4 is widely used on servers to improve hit accuracy. I would like to know the difference between the two options and which one would you recommend? Can they be used together?

Hitbox and Accuracy is totally different things.

Hitbox is the player body itself:

Accuracy is where your shots (bullets) go when you shot in someone

And finally you can use the two plugins without problem.
