Currently http://easy-thumbnails.readthedocs.io/ points onto version 2.1, which is far too old. Docs should be rebuild for the latest version 2.5 and deployed.

Fixed for the stable version here: c4483dc44cb748749df420d9cd1f57fb4fac469b It broke as soon as Django 2 was released, as rtd tried to install the latest Django version and the builds choked.

Needs backporting to 1.5 (probably as a new patch release)
