Clean-up the Flex MXML namespaces #69

Currently the mxml namespaces and prefix are a bit messy, and need to be 
tidied up.

As per 
http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Dropping+the+Fx+Prefix 
the namespaces should be as following:

  xmlns:fx="http://ns.adobe.com/mxml/2009"
  xmlns:s="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/spark"
  xmlns:mx="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/mx"
