Times in the addCreate page's clipTable should be displayed as MM:SS.ttt format #107

Times in the clip table are currently displayed as seconds, including three 
digits of decimals. However, the video timeline is displayed as MM:SS (minutes, 
seconds).

The clip table should use a MM:SS.ttt format, to be consistent.
