Clip table in addCreate needs usability improvements #109

Some desired improvements in the clip table include:

* Column headings
* Adding ARIA labeling to the Player button
* Fixing the problems in issue 13

* Fixing issue 107 (https://code.google.com/p/sk-dvx/issues/detail?id=107)

Potentially, the whole idea of a clip table could be changed to a timeline 
format, but it would need to be accessible for screen reader users.

Previous release of YouDescribe (YouDescribe-release-20140508) fixed these 
usability issues.
