If table of videos described by a user on the search page is empty, the page should say "No results found"

Look at, for example:

http://youdescribe.ski.org/search.php?d=OwenTest

Since the user "OwenTest" has not described any videos, the search table of 
results is empty. The page says "Videos Described by OwenTest", but has nothing 
after it except the footer.

It should say something which makes clear that no results were found.

NOTE: If an *invalid* user name is supplied with the d= parameter, then 
currently that parameter is ignored and the page displays as if it were:

http://youdescribe.ski.org/search.php

This is currently the intended behavior.
