Display the length of time that the described video will play for, including the extended descriptions #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://youdescribe.ski.org/player.php?v=oYimJPi5qJY
2. As the video plays, the total duration of the video is displayed next to the 
scrubber

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The duration for this video is 01:42; but the video is paused multiple times to 
play extended descriptions; during extended description playback, the timecode 
does not advance (because it is just the video timecode).

This needs DVX server support - see Issue 80.
