Handle long video titles better (in the player, and in tweets) #82

Currently the title of the video is extracted from YouTube (and, for more 
recent versions of YouDescribe, stored in DVX). Long video titles can overflow 
the "Tweet to request a (better) description" feature, and also cause too much 
text at the top of the player screen.

YouTube shows a truncated version of the title overlaid on top of the window in 
some cases; we should do something similar.
