Encourage new users to sign up for YouDescribe Support Google Group #89

When a new user signs up for YouDescribe/DVX, we would like them to sign up for 
the YouDescribe Support Google Group:
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/youdescribe-support

Ideally they should be automatically signed up unless they opt-out. If this is 
not possible, they should be strongly encouraged in the signup email from DVX.
