Play/Pause icon controls video, independent of audio description #94

When you click on the "play/pause" icon on the bottom left of the screen or the
"play/pause" icon in the middle of the screen, it controls the video, but is
independent of the video description. If the video description is currently
playing with the video paused, and you click the play icon, the description
continues to play over the video, and the description goes out of sync.
Essentially, you are able to un-pause the video when the describer paused to
record description.

The third button titled, "play/pause" will play the video and description
together - it functions correctly.

Just to clarify, by 'screen' this report is referring to the video playback
window, and the controls at the bottom left or middle of the 'screen' are the
ones native to the JW Player for the YouTube video playback (see attached
screen capture).

To fix this, we need to disable the native JW Player controls and provide our
own custom controls instead. Those controls would need to be:

1/. Transport controls (which we already have, but not as icons and currently
outside the video window)
2/. Navigate by description (next, previous) controls
3/. Timeline display/scrub (this ought to tie in with Issue 70: "Display the
length of time that the described video will play for, including the extended
descriptions." Additionally, it would be good to visually display where
description clips exist on the time line, a bit like how Hulu displays where
advertisements will be played on the timeline (see second attachment))
4/. Volume controls for both main audio and description audio
5/. Describer selection (again, we already have this but not integrated with
the video window)
6/. Ideally, Closed Caption control should also be possible
7/. Full screen
