We have several rig specific parameters in exGlobal. They cause a conflict when merging or pulling codes from github.

As we did for several rig spefic parameters such as keyboard name, bring all rig specific parameters to a rig file. In exGlobal, provide placeholders for those rig specific parameters, which will be overwritten by the rig specific file

gitignore...? (maybe not a good solution since we want to sync exGlobal across rigs)
