using the sandbox, create and customize one page to the specs of the design mockup

first two versions disappeared ... shared and demo'd the first two with project team members. Q.W. agree that he initially was able to access and view the first completed version within 4 days of the Sprint (3) beginning.

coded a third version by just linking a complete HTML file per N.O.'s advice
