Stone Anvil becomes an iron anvil #40

When crafting a stone anvil and you mine it to pick it up to move it just to place it down again, it becomes an iron anvil and crashes the game. This is the crash report: http://pastebin.com/CWXG87JM

Is already reported and fixed, will be released when the liquid patch goes live! Thanks for the report though!
