Hook Scripts Needed for March Update #107

@BettsH could you take Brown 2024 and Darienzo and Peterson 1990 and @cheneyr could you take the Cifuentes Nicoya data

@BettsH I forgot to mention, I already started the Darienzo and Peterson, so you can pick up that hookscript where it left off. (Chris Janousek filled out the templates for that, but they were the old templates, so you'll see that I had to run the versioning update fxn). That's an old dataset so there's no corresponding author and whatever is in that manuscript is what we have.

And the Brown data you'll have to download from Figshare or copy it over from the release formatting repo

@cheneyr @BettsH at the start of next week can you generate data visualization reports for any datasets that you've hooked for this update? (This doesn't include data that we've published, since we've theoretically already done a data viz report for those).

Should be pretty straightforward – at the end of the hook script after QA tests you can call the writeDataVizReport() function (sourced from the qa_functions.R script). This function will generate the report from the template in the _scripts/1_dataformatting folder and output the result to the _docs/datavizreports folder.
