Prevent folder associated with RMarkdown report from saving to reports directory #37

When an HTML synthesis report is generated, a temporary folder is created during the knitr process, Normally it is automatically deleted following the creation of the document, but it remains for us. If you delete, the report is also deleted. I suspect it's related to the rather large ggplot figure that is created. Find a way to prevent these folders from being created, either by downsizing the figure or some other method.

Issue appears to have been fixed by a package update
