Resolving core functions and repairing missing/erroneous behaviors. All datagrids repaired and missing functionality added. Upload system repaired and core processing functions updated to correspond to latest schema iteration.

Hotfix changes need to be introduced to the live site before 11am 6.14.24 (live site demo for admin team).
