Update Culture Thesaurus subject headings for NMAI #9

Need scripts to add new subject headings, to update existing ones, and possibly for a merge (though we have so few of those, it might be best to carry that process out in the staff interface for this set).

For the subjects, the data shape should be:

Source = "nmaict"

Everything else is straightforward, since we're just dealing with subject records!

The only new addition will be the "EMu_ID" values. Let's add those to the External Identifier array, with a type of "EMu_ID" and then whatever the value is, e.g. "NMAICulture_10".

If there are any gotchas, just note those during the testing process, and we can go back to Rachel to discuss.
