Thanks to post http://code.google.com/p/pandorasbox3/issues/detail?id=59
I started Pandora normally and what i posted up top was happening. When i read
this issue (linked above) i ran it as admin on Win7 and it works just fine.
As stated in the post (link above) you need to make it ask to run as win7 admin
every time u start Pandora.
