@SmogDr In my preliminary review thus far, I have not seen any mention of R Markdown. (How) would you like to include R Markdown throughout the course?

Will students be expected to complete all assignments in R Markdown, or will R scripts also be accepted?
Would you like us to add introductory R Markdown content during course set-up?
Would you like me to create R Markdown templates for homework assignments and/or exams? I outlined how this might be used starting in Chapter 3.

Introduce ASAP (right after R scripts): @SmogDr to add Rmd info in early section
All assignments completed in Rmd
Create templates for early assignments (~Weeks 3-4)
